ZanaAfrica Foundation provides adolescent girls in East Africa with the tools and education they need and seek to stay in school and live healthy, informed lives.  We work with CBOs and policy-makers to recognize menstrual health management (MHM) as the most natural and effective lens to engage girls in a range of personal health decisions.
